This home was built in 1952 and is located approximately one mile west of downtown Reno.  It has three bedrooms, a large sunken living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a separate dining area, an eat-in kitchen with maple cabinets and tiled counters, two bathrooms (one off the master bedroom), a two car garage, and a small private yard with a patio.  It is in a quiet, residential area, close to a grocery store and other conveniences, including the YMCA.  Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a double sofa bed.  The original oak floors have been restored, and the home is decorated with just a touch of tropical flavor.

Regular prices:

$225.00 per night (2 night minimum)*
$1,400.00 per week*

Special events prices

(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st):
$250.00 per night (3 night minimum)*
$1,600.00 per week*

Mid-week discount prices (October thru April, Holidays excluded)

Sunday - Friday:
$180.00 per night (3 night minimum)*

We charge a $50 cleaning fee for each stay, and require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).

*These rates do not include the 12% local room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
