This spacious two story home is located on the 13th hole of beautiful Lakeridge Golf Course, and is about ten minutes from downtown Reno. The large master bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a jetted tub in the adjoining bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. The loft, which over looks the living room and entry has a full-size futon, for sleeping, or just watching TV. Additional sleeping is available in the family room, which has a full-size futon, or in the living room, which has a day bed with a trundle. The living room and family room are separated by a two-sided gas fireplace, and both rooms have cathedral ceilings. The home has 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Built-in benches and redwood tables provide ample seating to enjoy a barbeque on the patio.

Regular prices:

$250.00 per night (2 night minimum)*
$1,650.00 per week*

Special events prices

(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st):
$325.00 per night (3 night minimum)*
$2,050.00 per week*

Mid-week discount prices (October thru April, Holidays excluded)

Sunday - Friday:
$200.00 per night (3 night minimum)*

We charge a $75 cleaning fee for each stay, and require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).

*These rates do not include the 12% local room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
